OUR PRIVACY STATEMENT

We value you and respect your privacy. We agree that you should be able to visit our website, correspond and do business with us, trusting that your information is secure. It is.

We don’t sell or share your information. We hope that you will value our expertise and want to do business with PROSAR, so we use cookies to customize your experience on our website and try to curate information that is of interest to you. We understand that it’s a privilege to be welcomed to your email inbox, so we send a minimum of emails.

We absolutely promise to NOT try to influence your voting preference in public elections. (But we do feel that you should vote.)

PROSAR Inbound Inc. (PROSAR) is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. PROSAR collects, uses and discloses personal information in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Personal Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. F.31 (“FIPPA”).

PROSAR collects personal information at several points of contact. It collects personal information from prospective and active clients in the course of doing business. PROSAR is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Personal information is collected and used for a number of reasons. In the case of prospective clients, information is collected and used primarily for the purpose of creating and curating information of interest, determining potential need for PROSAR services. In the case of active clients, information is collected to determine their needs and enable us to provide strategic guidance and well-targeted deliverables (marketing strategy, website development, content development, graphic design, etc.).

It may also be aggregated, linked to other data, or otherwise used by PROSAR for the purposes of reviewing, improving and developing PROSAR services, policies, and marketing direction.

Personal information may also be used or disclosed for purposes reasonably consistent with these purposes. Specific purposes for the collection of information will be set out at the time of collection where required and where distinct from the above. If no purpose is indicated, the information is collected and will be used for the above purposes, or purposes reasonably consistent with those set out above, subject to the provisions of FIPPA.

PROSAR will use or disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or where authorized or required by law to do so. PROSAR may also make available personal information, as required, to third parties who provide services reasonably necessary to PROSAR’s service delivery, or to the achievement of the purposes stated above. On occasions, personal information may be collected, used and/or disclosed in jurisdictions outside of Ontario. Personal information in different databases in the custody or control of PROSAR may also be linked or aggregated in order to achieve the purposes set out above.

By providing your personal information to PROSAR, you consent to the use or disclosure of personal information as set out above and to the extent necessary to fulfill these purposes. You have a right to withdraw your consent to the use or disclosure of your personal information, however this may have an impact on PROSAR’s ability to provide services to you.

PROSAR will take all reasonable measures to safeguard personal information in its control, including but not limited to physical, technical, and operational measures. PROSAR will require, by contract or otherwise, that any third-party service provider to whom personal information is transferred has adequate policies and safeguards in place to protect that information. PROSAR will ensure that information which is disposed of is destroyed securely and in a manner which protects the privacy of the information holder.
